Today’s Bucks T20 double-header at High Wycombe
Despite a gloomy weather forecast play has been possible today at High Wycombe CC. Bucks are entertaining Berkshire in a T20 double-header at London Road.
the first match has just ended with a resounding win for Berkshire. The visitors won the toss and inserted Bucks on a green-looking pitch. In their 19.3 overs Bucks struggled to 104 all out, Ross Richardson top scoring with 27.
104 all out was never going to be a defendable target and Berkshire eased to an 8-wicket victory. The second match commenced at 2.15pm. The match should also be able to be viewed live on YouTube by finding “Bucks Scorers” (you don’t have to live abroad either!).

Nice view of the old building at HWCC, I would like to know the history of it. Was it there when the Chairboys played there?
In the second-match Bucks made 144-6 in their 20 overs. Berkshire need 145 to win.
Although Bucks made a better fist of the second game, Berkshire won by 5 wickets with over 2 overs to spare. At least the rain stayed away!
