Thoroughly professional display, better in every area and clinical when it mattered. Usually I fear the games against Oxford as we often end up camped out in our own half holding on for dear life, today we were well in control and deserved the win.
Ainsworth must be fully in Robinson’s head by now.
That was piss easy, boys against men and tactician versus possession based manager. KR must absolutely hate Ainsworth.
I ordered in the popcorn over the weekend, woefully under ordered by the looks of it.
It must be tough being an Oxford supporter who time and time again get beaten by the non rivals down the road. They’re right though, for rivalry you at least need a game of it. You can literally guarantee 3 points ever game against these boys.
Not much for them to cling onto. Apart from one bizarre moment from Max we generally didn’t time-waste, whilst scoring two good fair goals and limiting them to nothing.
I don’t think even the most optimistic Oxford fan could claim tonight’s result was anything other than fair.
That and the fact that for all their size of club, supposed strength of squad and playing style they haven't beaten us, or even scored against us in ages
They're quite complimentary in their own way, aren't they? Reality has not been kind to them.
Remember before the play-off final Sky interviewed an Oxford supporter who said they were 'as big as Derby?' (when that was a good thing). I often think about him.

+£25k to Anis’ transfer fee
Talking of revelations, Disco Danny is quality on co-comms.
Been a long time since I heard someone in that role give genuine insight into tactics, positioning and the wider game as a whole.
Putting the likes of Lee Dixon and Jermaine Jenas to shame.
Wing looking knackered, time to sub him I think
Very tough choosing MOTM between Anis and Scowen.
Curtis and Nick I hope.
Wing has à knackered walk.
Or Tjay to come on and knock the shit out of some Oxford players (although after what happened last time I'd rather he be more careful)
Shithousery from the ballboys is taking things a tad too far
He don’t look too knackered !
Is Mawson ok? No Kaikai.
Very good win. Now over to the Oxford forum with popcorn...
Easy! Brilliant!
Good game - good win
First double over Oxford since 2000/01
See you there.
Superb isn’t he. Really insightful on the tactics and flow of the game.
Why is every forum other than this one SO badly designed?

They seem... not salty?
Living there rent free I suspect
Because there is only one @drcongo.
Most forums need adverts to survive. I can only assume this one is run by an eccentric millionaire.
They have seemed resigned against us for a while now. The playoff final really turned the tide of this matchup.

Well done Ainsworth and the team
Mousinho was obviously the brains at Oxford

It seems they really want Robinson out

Lots of sour grapes on the Oxford forum but one realist says this:-
"They’re better than us
With a manager 5x as good as our stooge."
