If you add an 's' on the end, it still makes perfect sense.
At this point in time, and until any new legally binding agreement is signed, the Trust continues to hold a 25% shareholding in the Football Club.
They aren't supporting the quarter though are they? They've agreed to flog it.
Is that slogan meant to refer to the quarter shirts as keeping those is one of their pledges?
