I couldn’t attend tonight nor could I join online. Something really minor that bugs me about the Trust, in addition to the fiasco on Zoom the other night, is little things like uploading key documents as .doc files. PDF them so that they work better on various devices and not just desktops or laptops.
I also emailed them about a different issue over a week ago and they haven’t yet responded which is pretty poor.
I would be happy for your advice and help on uploading agenda items (agendas, minutes, reports etc to our Wordpress website).
The financial report is sent to me as a pdf but that shows in full (on a laptop) when uploaded to a website post, whereas a Word document is shown by name only with a download button. On my mobile, all those items (,doc and pdf) appear with a download option for readers which seems to work well. Can you recommend a good 'Word to PDF Converter' - ideally free?
Your 'issue question' is with the Trust Chairman who hopefully will respond very soon.
It should come with Word for free, as default. Thank you re the other issue, which Nigel has contacted me about this evening. As an FYI to anyone reading this, the issue isn’t anything aimed at the Trust, in fact it’s aimed at the club, however seeing as collectively we are the Trust and we have two seats on the board, it seems a logical way to approach the issue.
The Trust have been ignoring questions asked by its members for as long as I can remember.
It is easier to con people than to persuade them they have been conned, if people keep re-electing the same people they cannot be surprised if nothing changes.
Nobody ever lost money underestimating the stupidity of other people.
Sustainable…how many of the 92 league clubs are sustainable?
Strong word is con and I'm surprised @NiceCarrots that you feel you need to imply/use it this far down our journey with the Trust and Cohigs. Volunteers time and commitment is always invaluable I feel.
Totally agree with your comment on sustainability in the league.
That’s no way to spend your birthday @ValleyWanderer. Knew you were due to be there but didn’t realise it was the big day. Hope it wasn’t too gruelling.
It was a fantastic day and I'm feeling absolutely top draw tonight. Thanks guy's, long road ahead, as so many of you on here know only too well.😉😇 Love the Gasroom.

I can’t seem to get in.
Looks like you're not alone from those pictures.
Did you get a response @wandering_jock ?
Are you able to share any topics discussed?
He might want to edit those screenshots with his name before revealing anything! Assume it's confidential stuff?
He used to be a member of the Trust Board.

Give this a try:
Click on File - Export - Create PDF

Doesn’t “print as PDF” work as well?
Yes that’s another way to do it.
Thanks Gary - I will try that next time.

Liverpool?
I'm sure there's at least 3 posters on the gasroom who have previously been on the trust board? You'll know one exceptionally well!
So the names do change.
The gazebo is still a good idea, for me.
Oops! Just spotted my spelling error....Couhig!
Plugged into an infusion machine in Wycombe hospital at the moment so I'll use that as my excuse.🤦♂️😉
All the best @ValleyWanderer

When does the vote close on the Cohiproposal or as it already happened
The indicative vote has now closed.
