Also not quite sure what Port Vale have got to feel so aggrieved with the referee about. Not sure we even gave Saturday’s ref the amount of grief they’ve given this one
Hanlan had once chance to run at Vale in the 1st half and for some reason didn't take it. He's being well marshalled and we're struggling to get it in front of him
This is absolutely awful to watch. 50 headers back and forth across the half way line followed by either an aimless punt or a Vale attack. Rinse, repeat.
Rhino made an excellent point about how we're under using Vokes. No point having a player that's so good in the box from crosses in, and only use him to try and will lumps up the pitch
Kaikai must be so fed up. He's obviously not rated by GA but still seems to try his hardest when called upon. I really want him to prove himself in the second half of the season.
@ReturnToSenda true it isnt but we are playing better(albeit still not great) post Wing's goal.
I think the change in formation tonight has helped as we have looked much less exposed in midfield but we do seem a little short on confidence & that goal has certainly lifted the team
I’ve lost count of the number of times there’s been a player in acres of space ahead of the player with the ball, and we’ve lumped it straight over the top of them to a Vale defender. It’s utterly fucking pointless and infuriating to watch. I’m actually dreading winning this in case it cements the idea in the team that it works.
Yes, and in a cost of living crisis with families to support and other responsibilities, anyone giving any kind of money to a football club is true support. It is not some kind of charity service provided by the club. If anyone is unhappy with what they are seeing, they should have no problem voicing it - I don't believe in abuse or name calling, but criticism is absolutely fine.

Ah well, it's never dull, think maybe Vokes has to leave it for fear of conceeding for handball.
The Difficult second half approaches....
Time for me to switch off.
Talk about a terrible time to concede
Yeah, their fans were going absolutely pottery.
Right, pub anyone?
on a positive note both PNL & Derby are currently losing 1-0
First half had it all ...
Glitch on the tannoy, for the 10 minute annoying sound to start
Early goal
Fail to add to the total
30 minutes of almost constant hang from Tom in the terrace ends in confrontation with another supporter
Long injury stoppage, although to the Vale keeper
Concede really soft goal
We've got to win a second half at some point surely?
Maybe?
Please?
Now Forino injured FFS
We're gonna win this lads! (thought I would try relentless positivity)
You can hear his droning from the FA stand.
Would be good if others could sing a bit to drown him out.
On our current second half stats we won’t win this.
The mood on here changes so quickly! Get behind the bloody team!!!!!!!
We are "supporters" not "critics"

Yes! The players pay good money for us to have the privilege of watching for free!
I’ve seen better football on Hackney Marshes on a Sunday morning. From a team of hungover brickies.
Lovely strike from Wing!
Depends how hungover you were how good it looked...
Seriously though we are struggling for confidence but that fantastic shot from Wing will lift the team & the mood
We are actually on course to win a second half! Pinch me!
Goals like that are great. Unfortunately, they are not sustainable and this still holds true.
You choose to pay to watch them. They don't choose to have us moaning at them.
My assumption would be that you pay because you "support" them?

Yes I agree that you have a right. 1-0 up we are all singing and dancing, at 1-1 the mood changes on here DRASTICALLY.
It's more constructive to voice these thoughts after a 90 minute game, not 60 minutes in.
Everyone is entitled to their own @Shev . I meant no malice in my post, just don't like the doom and gloom. Was trying to be positive.
