An impressive away attendance and a remarkably good set of predictions even if those that were closest did so by slighty overestimating the home crowd and underestimating the away crowd.
Many congratulations to @a40 who was within two of the actual attendance of 4192 with a prediction of 4190. Take the title of Forecaster of the Week and a very good score with regard to the whole season.
The following also deserve mentions for double digit scores: myself, @ValleyWanderer, @PJS, @thecatwwfc, @DJWYC14, @robin,@robin@peterparrotface and @wwfcblue. First time this season that more than 10 people have been within a hundred of the attendance. I know it is small compensation for the result of the game
I think everyone on the top twenty chart records a score that will currently count as do at least some outside the chart.
@ryan_w_kirkby2 - If this was beyond the deadline of 18:45, I have let it go for the sake of the flow of the game - there is no way that you were at the game counting in the dark. Happy predicting - I hope all is well.
@micra - no prediction from your esteemed self, but please don't think there is an obligation. I hope all is ok.
Here are the outcomes for the away crowd predictions for last night's frustrating game:
I reckon that anyone near the top of this table knows their football and hats off indeed for @Commoner who was within five of the correct number of Valiants who probably had happy journeys home.
The home crowd table which doesn't get calculated every week is just as impressive, if not more so:
@Manboobs deserves much credit for being closest and being close indeed. Respect also to @SmiroludyBlue and @Alexo who also less than ten away.
Anyone who did better than myself deserves credit, I say this advisedly because I reckon my own position in the season long competition will improve after last nights game for reasons already pointed out by @DevC who is good at this sort of thing. I was close to the overall attendance but there were many closer with a forecast of the home crowd. Last night I was lucky that my overestimate of the home crowd was nearly cancelled out by my underestimate of the away crowd.

That was a good away attendance
