Ignore Facility
I tend to place the obvious trolls on ignore.
there is one current poster who I would prefer to “ignore” but apparently I can’t because I already have the maximum number of ignores set. This is a tad annoying.
Anyone know how I can check out who I have on ignore. Pretty sure for example I ignored the Argyle supporter troll a while ago. Was their a Cheltenham one too? I could Unignore them to free up room to ignore the current.

Click on your name on a post such as your one above, and once in, there's a little blue bar with an arrow on. Click on that for edit profile.
In there there's an option for your ignore list.
Decent facility, although if one of your ignore lot creates a thread you still see it.
I'm a huge Ainsworth fan but I wish I could hit the ignore button everytime he mentions 'their keeper played a blinder' type stuff after a defeat. Seems to be a regular occurence and perhaps a clever distraction from our poor finishing?
I get how ignore works (thanks anyway Malone) , but it appears I have ignored more people than I am allowed (I always turn off the Argyle troll and the Cheltenham guy and Ritchie etc and never remember to unignore them after they have finally disappeared. Which apparently means I cant ignore the latest version.
I suppose I should just skim over his posts but wondered if there was a way to get a list of those I currently ignore to give me the option.
You misread @Malone's instructions I think, following them takes you to here: https://gasroom.org/profile/ignore where you can remove old ignorees. Have a look on there and you'll be able to unignore the old you know who, and ignore the new you know who. Gotta say though, a limit of 5 ignorees is a tough ask on this site, one day I might look into how to up that limit.
@DevC If you click on your own profile as per @malone ‘s instructions you can get to a list of people you have ignored, unignore them, and ignore someone else. I don’t know why there is a limit of 5.
@drcongo could this limit be increased / removed?
Thanks to all three of you for your help. All done now. Three of the five I don't remember and must have been shortlived!

I just found out I only have Wanderers82 on ignore and he’s now banned, so a full quota for me.
Would anyone prefer me not to read their stuff?
Seemingly you can only system ignore 5 people, although obviously free to taken notice of as many as you wish.
All genuinely held views are worth reading in my view. Its the deliberate shit stirrers that pop up from time to time that I tend to turn off when they have started getting boring.
Perhaps we can have a top ten of ignored posters.

I only have one on ignore.
Ignoring anyone on a webpage is too much like form filling so far too much hassle for me. Far easier to just mentally ignore (and silently shake my head in disbelief).
Genuine question as I’m not the most computer savvy person how you know if you’re on someone’s ignore list?
