Scott was on excellent form and I really enjoyed his company. Hopefully, those that listened in did too. There is a little chat with him on the next ep. of Ringing The Blues.
Shame I can’t download the 16 second clip (on YouTube) of Stonebridge’s spectacular strike. Search for Ian Stonebridge Wonder Goal. The noise when the ball hit the target suggests that there was a more than decent crowd. It may even be that someone can identify the opposition and confirm the date and status of the match. It must have been some time between 2004 and 2007, the years Ian was at Adams Park.

Glad of a home game after road closures meaning a 3.30 or so hour trip back from Northampton!
Are you sure you don't mean that Ian Stonebridge goal in the LDV Vans Trophy? If so, that was against Swindon, not Bristol City.
Bristol City had a certain Sam Bell on the bench last night...
Both Robins tbf (as is seemingly every club in that region)
Such a shame such an incredible goal had such a pony turnout.

I thought Scott McGleish did great for Wanderers. Great having him on co-comms.

It was an LDV Vans game early in the 06/07 season. The only home game I missed that year.
According to the Youtube info:
Date: Tuesday 17th October 2006
