  • It Samuel’s doing such a good job of holding the ball up and bringing others into play. Can Horgan do that?

  • Swansea’s first goal was from a swift counterattack after what looked like a foul well into their half. Bayo agrees. What a surprise!

  • Looks to be like it is defensive midfielders we are missing. Also looks like we are wary of a third sending off

  • Foul on Wheeler.

  • Last 15 minutes were much better, I was very fearful after 25 minutes

  • Got a bit better there towards the end, at least we managed to keep them out, not gonna slag off too many individuals as we are overrun again by another very good team and the new guy probably wonders if we are playing the same sport, Gaz said on Sky he wanted to see if McCarthy could play left back or if we need cover, think that was answered, suspect he also doesn't really want to disclose fears over JJs pace.
Got to be first to everything now, be very careful not to pick up more reds and hopefully take a chance if it comes. We may need to play 5 at the back at times but that'd leave us even shorter in midfield. Can't go long without the big men and we won't win as much second ball anyway.

  • Foul on Wheeler for the first, second was offside. But can’t deny we deserve to be losing.

    Second wasn't offside

  • The second was definitely onside

  • No surprises to say 1-11 they are better than us. We knew that. Most teams will be. So we have to find ways to cope with that. Hit and hopes to a lively Samuel can’t be plan a but with injuries and suspensions his hand is further limited. A fit Bayo, an available Uche, a lively loanee could change everything. But in the meantime we have to be harder to beat as at the moment we are rolling over and having our tummies tickled.

  • Positives are that Wheeler has won a few headers to get us at their back 4. That finally got us into the game and we did ok for those last 5-6 mins of the half.

We will learn a lot from these games because we are being forced to try and adapt and step up to a totally different standard of football. That will be good for us in the long term but in the moment it is hard to watch.

In my scenario it'd be Wheeler taking on that role - I feel he'd at least fare better in the aerial battles. We have to find a way to hold onto the ball in their half, at the moment we present it back to them and it's wave after wave of attacks.

  • Swansea look a good side, quick and very good at moving things around but we looked better in the last 15 so hopefully we'll see our first championship goal in the second half.

  • Some glimmers of hope in the final 15. Wheeler looks sharp, Freeman settling, Samuel working his arse off. But there’s some quality in that Swansea side that’s difficult for us to cope with.

Notice their ‘game management’ is not lacking either when needed.

  • Erectile dysfunction ad rubbing it in again. I vaguely remember that problem.

  • How's that not a pen

  • It definitely wasn’t a corner!

  • Threw himself down.

  • Samuel has worked hard, over than that way off

  • Overworked?

  • When we score it will change ......

  • Remember when we thought refs would be better at this level?

  • What does Tafazolli look like? (Performance wise)
    Where is Uche?

Fine in the air, some mistakes on the ground. Uche is injured according to Phil on commentary.

  • Wycombe ripping them apart!

Taf has grown into the game, Uche is injured, but Samuel has done a decent job in that role.

  • Bloody Adrian Durham on Talksport. Just said that an unnamed manager told him the other day "it isnt an impossibility that Wycombe could lose every game this season"

He had probably looked at some of the posts on the Gasroom.
