I too plan to make the world a better place by boycotting Russia 2018 and Qatar, though I doubt they are quaking in their boots sadly. It is strangely uplifting not to have to watch a series of poor quality games, worry about qualification, listen to pundits bang on about the squad and then watch 'tired' England squad bow out after a second round defeat...
