  • I may have to revise my guesstimate

  • 9023, with 1800 away

  • 8,894 with 1,810 away

  • I have just looked at the Club ticketing site and it is showing this now as tickets available, the lower chart shows as it is now and the upper as it was this morning.

The 16 seats showing in Block B of the Family Stand appear to be 'new' accessible ones at the very front. The final handful of tickets in the centre of the FA disappeared quite quickly, so it is possible that the club are carrying some sort of consoldidation.

Our predictions for the game look like this at the moment

I have an idea that most regular forecasters on here would like a go at predicting an Adams Park sell out so gentle reminders that if you would like your prediction to count in the season long competition you might need to get it in quick.

    Shout outs for:@93Chairboy @BSE @DJWYC14 @LDF @Mandown @micra @mooneyman @mwite @NewburyWanderer @Onlooker @Pilot_Phonic @ryan_w_kirkby2 @Shev @SmiroludyBlue @thecatwwfc @wwfcblue and indeed @manchesterchairboy for chatgpt.

Apologies, especially to @micra, for the lack of semi colons between the names.

  • 8995 with 1830

  • 8,800 with 1,800 away.

  • 8,926 including 1,848 Red Dragons.

  • 9082 with 1848 Wrexham supporters.

  • 9281 with 1829

  • Here are the averages of what there is on record this morning:

A sell out does look extremely likely with a good possibility of it happening today. Posts after a sell out has been declared will not count in the season long competition.

  • Back in May 2012, the Wasps v Newcastle Falcons game saw a record crowd of 10,516. Number of away fans unknown.

I was there, and despite parking in one of the units along Hillbottom Road, it took us over an hour to get away afterwards.

  • Lots of seats now available in the Old Main Stand according to the ticket website, still well over 100 tickets left, though 24 of those are for Accessible supporters and their helpers.

  • Partially restricted view seats being sold now in the Origin, these aren't normally put on sale.

    9,0023 including 1810 away fans.

There’s a global shortage of semi- colons, @railwaysteve, and they’re not cheap.

  • Looking like it will be our largest gate since May 2nd 2009 when we were promoted on the last day of the season against Notts County.

We lost that day but Bury could only manage a 1-0 win and we went up having a +21 goal difference compared to Burys +20. Our game finished 6/7 mins before the Bury game and during that time Bury went 1-0 up, sparking a pitch invasion at Gigg Lane after a large number of fans thought they had the promotion place.

A win on Saturday would be huge, especially if our friends from down the M4 beat or draw against Wrexham tomorrow night.

  • Yep, in this particular case though, the two "0" are unlikely to multiply so I will take it that just one of them is the intended.

  • 8999 including 1833 away

  • Game sold out according to the clubs Twitter feed.

Ok. Predictions made after this point will have a marker to say that they won't count in the 'Tour De Season' prediction competition. People are still welcome to try and predict the actual size of the sell out crowd.

However the ticket website was still live and let me put a ticket for one of the handful of single isolated seats into a basket just now - so if anyone finds themselves desparate for a ticket that might be worth trying if you have a purchasing history which predates 2025.

It's almost as if decisive games against our closest rivals at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at the business end of the season are somehow more attractive than a Tuesday night rescheduled game against midtable opponents.

    Hollywood? pah!

Predictions in before the Sell Out was declared:

After a bit of spreadsheet manipulations I have the list of the 32 who posted forecasts before the Sell Out was declared, in alphabetical order.

These are the predictions I will use for the 'Tour de Season Leaderboard'. If I have made a transcription mistake or typo please let me know

There are others to add and anyone is welcome to predict the actual size of a current sell out.

I will find a way of displaying all the submitted figures after the game. If anyone who has already predicted has another go I will find a way of showing this in the Top Twenty Tables for this match.

I am quite looking forward to the match. Come on You Blues!
