  • Skura very good again today as well as Sonny.

Bradley, our better defender and most creative wide player.

Udoh brilliant first half seemed to go missing second, not that he had much service.

  • Bradley

  • Simons, did more in 10 mins than most did all game

  • What an utter shambles but, despite a few wayward moments, Declan Skura showed once again that we needn’t be too concerned about the absence of Jack and Jasper.

  • Just spotted that he only had 5 minutes. Shameful.

  • Skura is one of those rare players who look as if they could play anywhere on the pitch and occasionally does!

  • What? Where else has he played other than CB and RB? Both of them shakily

  • Not sure how Udoh isn't running away with this, excellent shift from him and a goal to go with it

He enjoys foraging forward from centre back when he plays there and on one occasion today he fired a perfect diagonal ball across to Fred on the left. He was often in and around the Crawley box in the first half - opposite end from where I assume you were sitting or standing - and he even turned up wide left and in the final third on one occasion.

I enjoy seeing one of our own youngsters developing so well and I probably am a bit over the top with my admiration. It’s poetic licence aimed at encouraging emerging talent to blossom.

  • Tough one as for a big chunk of the game the whole side was meh.

I felt Norris was ok but his distribution is a bit sus for now, Bradley was rock solid & dependable, Skura had a respectable game as a stand in RB again but he aint no wing back, Udoh did very well for us today, everyone else was pretty average.

I gave it to Udoh in the end as he made the most of his opportunity.

  • I think we'll agree to disagree because most of his passes went straight to Crawley in the game I watched. I also think it's interesting that we view him as a developing youth when he's the same age as Joe Low and Caleb Taylor, both of whom are many levels above him

  • Skura continues to impress defensively but he lost possession so many times and offers no threat when going forward. He is a young CB playing out of position so I offer no criticism whatsoever, he’s filling a gap as best he can and doing it relatively well. We should have signed a starting RB in the window, amongst all the other new faces.

Udoh was MOTM, for me. Ran his socks off and won countless long balls, which are creeping back in to our style of play more and more. He’s no Kone but did the job asked of him in a really lacklustre team display.

  • Totally agree @BlueBoy. I should have voted for Dan Udoh Udoh Udoh.

Udoh was great. As others had said, he took some difficult balls, made a nuisance of himself and scored a goal. Can’t ask for more than that.

    Sonny was superb as always

Other than that, not much else to say other than what has already been said.

Away fans were superb, we certainly did our bit from the terrace
