My posts (if any) might go downhill from now as the local garage was selling cans of lager for 3 quid or four-packs for 12. With a bargain like that I had to buy a suitcase full.....
And in fairness, i'm the worst ever person to say what's "normal", not only not being a drinker, but being way too tightwad to go near the food stands anyway!
The price is irrelevant. That sign’s just letting you know you can order a massive two pint pot to save you queuing up again. More usually seen at music venues.
What’s most shocking is when did Grolsch become 3.4% ABV?

But you might want to drink 2 pints. You're probably not going to casually buy another player.
Then just order 2 pints. It's clear what the price is for that based on how much it is for 1 pint.
You don't see Domino's Pizza advertising 1 pizza for £15, or two for £30.
Sorry mate you're right. Very unusual. Do they usually sell wine at grounds as well? That seems odd.

Haha don't worry. It was a silly argument anyway! Just tickled me when I saw it.

Plenty of VIP packages with wine and cheese and all kinds of stuff
Haha. Nothing is "normal". It's each to their own.
