I started a Bloomfield general thread to put all the rumours in, but evidently the same thread-starting joke is too funny, so we may need 91 threads instead!
My theory on Blooms is that bookies realize that they can tempt the odd punter by putting him on suggestively low odds out of the gate implying someone is ITK (when they actually don't think he is a threat to leave Wycombe and actually cost them anything). The fact he was the immediate massive "favourite" for this, Coventry and the hypothetical Luton job shows he is the first name that gets thrown out to try and get a nibble.
If Bloomfield was at the Den tonight, Ryan One would possibly be the player he was scouting, 18-year-old attacker, physical striker with pace. I’d imagine he will go out on loan in January.
I mean this in all seriousness, but would a busy manager go scout a player who is on the bench? I have no idea how it works, but that seems like a lot of commuting for someone like Blooms only to see nothing. Or are these things done on the off chance? I genuinely don't know.
A follow up question would be does Blooms even do his own scouting, or do we have any actual scouts? I don't think we do, right?

He's going anywhere? I'm even more worried now! Before I thought it'd take a certain club to tempt him, but "anywhere", oh dear!
Bugger..... I might have missed out a "not" in that post....

If Matt Bloomfield was spotted at Cressex Service Station, what would it mean?
That he was getting petrol ahead of the long drive back to Felixstowe.

Matt's a modern man, and with David Wheeler's influence, I'm sure he drives an electric vehicle.
So it must mean he's not driving today.
Do we need to start a 'David Wheeler to Forest Green' thread?
A green thread, as it were?
This post from the Millwall forum had better be a windup, either way!
Although to be fair...
I’ll have difficulty getting to sleep now.
What have I done 😂
I'm guessing about forty different managers will have been seen "down the Den" by the time they actually hire someone!
I'm sure he was there on a scouting mission
Jamie Shackleton on loan in January? He would certainly give us a sense of adventure.

I'll wet the bed.
Thankfully it's Micra's bed so no harm done.
