August Bank Holiday Monday football
I've always been an advocate of the EFL playing a full fixture list on August Bank Holiday Monday. As they don't here are 3 games that may appeal as Monday is going to be a nice day:
NATIONAL LEAGUE (3pm k.o.):
Maidenhead United v Barnet
Wealdstone v AFC Fylde
NATIONAL LGE SOUTH (3pm):
Chesham Utd v Torquay United
(If you're going to this one try to get to the ground by 2.30 to avoid the inevitable queues)

Chesham v Torquay will likely pull a decent crowd so don't leave it too late!
In addition...(all 3pm k.o):
SOUTHERN LEAGUE DIVISION ONE CENTRAL
Beaconsfield Town v Berkhamsted
Thame United v Kidlington
COMBINED COUNTIES PREMIER DIVISION NORTH
Holyport v Hilltop
COMBINED COUNTIES DIVISION ONE
Chalfont St. Peter v Rising Ballers Kensington
Windsor & Eton v Windsor
And if you still want more, Aylesbury United face Flackwell Heath under the lights (at The Meadow in Chesham, k.o 7.45pm) on Tuesday 27th August. On the same night, Penn & Tylers Green face Holmer Green.
Thank you for the additional fixtures - a great help!
Regarding the additional fixtures posted byb@williwycombe please note that the games at Holyport & Chalfont St Peter are 11.30am kick-offs.
If you wanted to do a double-header you could see Holyport followed by Maidenhead United or Chalfont St Peter followed by Chesham United.
In front of a very good crowd of 1,507 Chesham United succumbed to a 95th minute winner from Torquay United who edged a close match 3-2.
Chesham scored after 36 mins but the visitors levelled from the spot on half-time while Chesham had a player sent off for handballing a goalbound shot on the line.
In the second-half ten-man Chesham re-took the lead only for Torquay to equalise with a screamer from 25 yards. With time running out Torquay nicked a very late winner to send their 6-700 fans home happy.
Beaconsfield lost 2-1 at home today to Berkhamsted. Flackwell are top of the league that Beaconsfield now play in.
