We get all sorts in that football, you know. The fact we missed out on Championship survival to you by one point still rankles in the same way Rob asking for compo does obviously.
Good luck for promotion @Raminpeace but only after the Wednesday game puts a bit of a dent in the push of course! 😉
Do you think Sunday's game, whatever the outcome, will have an effect on the team next Wednesday, physically, mentally, especially if you go to extra time.
I wish you well but I wouldn't like us to face Posh in Wembley's wide open spaces. I think they are best suited to that kind of playing area with their youth and speed. Their pitch is smaller than ours. We beat them 4-2 theirs. At ours we were 2-1 up and then got done, deservedly, 3-2.
I would be quite pleased if I was Derby that we are playing a few days after Wembley. Don't think physical will make much difference but mentally (win or lose at Wembley) going to be hard to get up for a meaningless (to us) game a few days later
To be honest @Raminpeace we will be up for it next Wednesday whatever happens at Wembley. I really think that on our day we can beat any side in League 1, especially since we strengthened the squad in January.
We will see though and I look forward to the Derby game as they are always pretty competitive. May the best team win.
@bargepole think it is highly unlikely that another Tier2 block will be opened at this stage especially as there are almost 700 Tier1 seats still available
An absolute saddo but not a correct absolute saddo.
Our tier 1 section holds around 15,800 on its own.
We had officially sold 14,965 yesterday at 5pm. We have definitely sold more than eight tickets today. The club even announced this morning that more than 15,000 tickets had been sold.
Comments
For anyone still waiting to buy their tickets, I understand ticket sales END at 5pm today.
Goodness knows why??
Silverware at AP #dreambig
Would be very surprised if it was opened with just four hours of sales to go.

Hopefully anyone waiting to buy tickets in a different block is aware of this.
The club has been petty clear that sales end 5pm today.
Bet some people will get caught out.
Crazy rule (not WWFC fault)
Absolutely crazy that tickets are going off sale. Should be available on the gate too.
Some England fans turned up for the Euro 2020 final without tickets and bribed the stewards to let them in. £50 a steward was the going rate.
That was for the Euro final. The BSM Trophy rate is probably closer to buttons.
To be fair, the street by the Cathedral is ok. It has a bookshop. I'd live in the cathedral if I had to live in Derby.
One thing you do have is much better pubs and beer than Nottingham. So it's not all bad.
Maybe helps people like me staying up there. Tube strikes are off on the Monday

To be honest, I don't think we've played anyone three days after a Wembley final so win or lose, we are in uncharted territory.
If we don't drag Posh and their silky football skills down to our level and spoil their afternoon again, we're not really trying.

Anyone know what our seats sold number is now?
Would expect the club to tell us shortly after 5 tonight but am guessing somewhere around 15,500
Looks like they want it more than us....
Nope, I Calculated the Exact Level 2 Capacity of Blocks 252 and 251 and used that to add to the Approx 15,000 Level 1 Capacity
14,973 out of 15,705 Total At the Moment as of 4pm
I am an absolute Saddo
251 has a total capacity of 366
and 252 has 339
15000 to me would be brilliant. Considering all other factors I was not expecting any more than 12000
I agree, thats Impressive
Is that in the sense of being a stats saddo or is something making you feel genuinely sad as in unhappy? 😗
Stats Saddo, I wanted to calculate it anyway 🤣
What a silly old softee I am. I’m glad it’s the former ! 🤓
I've been to both a few times, and Nottingham is a MUCH better night out than Derby !

Update: Thanks to @Midlander I've quickly recalculated with the exact level 1 Capacity
15,808 out of 16,505
And the ticket Window slams Shut
Thats actually pretty good
Thanks for that
Well just think, Peterborough have done us a favour in bringing more fans as we get 45% of all of their ticket sales too. (Yes, they get 45% of ours)
