I use Nord, very reliable & if you sign up for a 2 year deal the price is reasonable.
I personally would not touch anything from McAfee, my first task with any new computer is to root out and delete the McAfee crud that comes pre-installed, all it really seems to do is eat up disk space and processor cycles.
From what I remember Opera offered a proxy server located in different countries you could pick, though it wasn't a secure tunnel like a true VPN is. If you're just looking to stream a football match then that's perfectly adequate.
It’s not the cheapest but I’ve used a few and Nord is certainly better. Always a super fast connection wherever I decide to travel too. France usually, as it’s the closest button 😂
i have a refer a friend code that gets you a few month for free, but again may not be the cheapest.

Not trying to say that this is the best option necessarily, but I have McAfee anti-virus software installed, and with that you get a free VPN.
Just use the free version of Windscribe.
Plenty of capacity to watch a few Wycombe games a month.
Mullvad £4.20 a month. No need to have in the off season if you don’t use it for other things.
Nord is £66 for two years
McAfee bought through Amazon is £11 for one year, covers 3 devices, and includes free VPN:
McAfee Total Protection 2024 Amazon Exclusive | 3 Devices | Antivirus Internet Security Software | Unlimited VPN | 12 Month +3 Free | Activation Code by email : Amazon.co.uk: Software
Surfshark is very cheap if you sign up for a 1 or 2 year deal.

But remember folks YMMV
I use Nord and can get 40% cashback for whatever deal from them after using TopCashback. Topcashback is a free website, its worth a look at
If you're only using it to watch WWFC then the free version of Windscribe giving 10GB per month has been more than adequate.
I used separate logins on different devices, (email adresses are free!) so I get 10GB on each device.
Good shout
Opera used to come with a built in VPN, not sure if it still does. I’ve used it to watch a few games previously.
