No one forced him to do any of that as you rightly say, but he deserves more respect than being accused of only being here for a jolly or a Boy’s Own adventure. He forged an excellent relationship with both Gaz and Blooms, not to mention the many Wycombe fans who have met him. He is also an important adviser on football matters to Rob.
