Just after 11:00 on Match Day - a very creditable 32 predictions in already.
We are saying:
Average for Total Crowd: 4320
Average for Away Crowd: 379
I'll do one of the occasional gentle reminders for @Alexo@Commoner@NewburyWanderer and @our_frank. Also for very occasional forecasters @username123@Bulman22@floyd and @LordMandeville there is a reminder that your names remain on the spreadsheet, predicting a single game is fine, it is always possible to see if the title of Forecaster of the Week can be snatched from the grasp of a regular and indeed there is always a possibility of being Everton and seeing just how far up the Leaderboard for the Season you could reach.
Many congratulations to @Will_i_ams ,the current leader on the Leaderboard, who takes top spot and the Forecaster of the Week, admittedly narrowly, with a score of 63.
It was a week when we mostly overestimated - our average for the total crowd was 4324 which would have come 20th.
Congratulations to @LDF, who was also within one hundred and one of only two to predict less than 4000.
Top Twenty for the Away Crowd: [310]
Many congratulations to @Commoner for being within ten and closest of the day. @mwite, @Alexo, @wwfcblue, and @micra were all within 25. Our average prediction over the 36 forecasts made was 375.
Top Twenty for the Home Crowd: [Actual 3627]
Many congratulation to @Shev, for being within ten. Congratulations to @Manboobs, @Will_i_ams and @perfidious_albion who were all pretty close and congratulations also to @Twizz and @ryan_w_kirkby2 who were within a hundred of a number which was quite disappointing.
I hope to manage today the other admin - the Leaderboard which will see a few changes and the prediction thread for the Derby game.
I overestimated the number of Shrews, changing my mind at the last minute from what would have been a decent overall score. Maybe there was a decent Christmas market or Cadfael festival on which had more appeal.

Lowest home Saturday League attendance for six years (barring COVID games). Rather worrying.
Personally I expect the crowd in 2 weeks to be even lower.
