Club shop
Is anyone else having issues getting through to anyone in our club shop?
I ordered some new green away shirts online 6 days ago and although I got an automatic order number at the time of placing the order, I have had no other confirmation email and have been unable to get anyone on the phone or any response to emails etc.
I ordered the shirts as they were quoted as in stock on the site and the payment as been taken. The lack of communication and response to voicemails is somewhat worrying and doesn’t feel good.

I don't think the club shop is responsible for online orders - they have a fulfilment partner. Should be a contact on the site.
I phoned up over 2 months ago about ordering 3 kids kits. I got told to email someone at the club and i did, still waiting for a reply.
Bringing the kids with me on Sat so hopefully the shop has some stuff in for them.
Give up using the online shop.
Got through to the club shop this morning and extremely helpful. Picked up the order from the shop. 👍👍
