Forgive my ignorance @railwaysteve but I was unaware of any specific marketing. Our next door neighbours’ son, aged 6, saw his first Wycombe game against Carlisle and was extremely excited. His dad bought him a replica shirt and he refused to take it off for several days ! His dad plans to take him again on 11 November for the Stevenage game.
I assume the kickoff won’t be brought forward to 7 pm (as for the EFL Trophy games) but that would probably swell (have swelled) the numbers.
Depends on the referee. But our disciplinary record is so good this season (based purely on instinct: my statistical interest, never strong, is very much in decline) that I’d be surprised (and disappointed) if there were any flare ups.
Having said that, in the inevitable situation of being without Scowen for a one match suspension in the very near future, I was casting around in my mind for his likely replacement. One candidate was the third of our three full internationals. A real scrapper and, against one of the weaker teams (there, I’ve said it!), a genuine thorn in the side.
Apologies for posting that on this thread. I blame @Wendoverman.

The game is available on Wanderers TV, so I imagine numbers will be down even though it's half term.
