  • Marine away for me, only 10/15 mins drive from my house and a good chance of being on TV.

  • Paper Mills away please

  • Worthing away for a nice weekend.

  • Marine or Fylde away

  • Marine would be brilliant. Always Barrow away for me, for family reasons

  • Prime Minister Cray Valley would also be interesting

  • Maidenhead away would be great also obvs

  • It's gonna be something dead. I'll guess Mansfield away.

  • Because of the serious lack of any standout seaside weekend trips there, I'll just say keep it local, Maidenhead, Chesham, Slough or Hemel away

  • For me i want Yeovil away as it's not far from me.

  • Don't be so miserable lad. Life is brilliant. Make love to women. You're a tiger grr

Random reminder of Gus Uhleenbeek scoring at Mansfield in thick snow

  • Chesham away would be fun

I'll tell this story again as it is rather amusing (to me at least)

Wycombe away at Mansfield. Snow apocalyptic. Game on with an orange ball (superb). Having been to Field Mill many times previously I confidently led me good friend around from the retail park to the away end.

We walked in to a chorus of 'YELLLLoes

To which we joined in as we were away

E then looked around and realised we were in the home end which Mansfield had switched.

A polite discussion with a steward ensured an escort through the snow to the other end.

On the way we passed the (then) manager John Gorman who said 'nice day for it lads' in his dry Scottish accent.

Beside him Steve Brown looked at us wide eyed thinking 'wtf is going on '

We thrashed em and Uhleenbeek scored (one two three can't remember)

This is what FIFA just don't 'get'

  • I was there that night too. Went with a mate, we had a curry in a local ruby house, it was quite decent actually. We sat at the back of the stand to avoid the snowfall. Sat near @glasshalffull, we all froze our nuts off but was warmed by the result. Wasn't it Scott McGleish who scored a hat trick? Memory fading fast, but won't forget the snow, cold weather or the result!

  • 4 for me. Away

    92 ✅

  • Cray Valley Paper Mills away obviously.

Needham would be fun if they get past York.

  • Three of the undecided ones look good whoever wins:

    49, 55 (Needham Market!!) or 79

    But 18 away please

  • Got the draw I wanted.

  • Sickener.

  • Rubbish draw

  • Could have been worse but could have been so much better.

  • Interesting draw for a visit, tricky though, big club playing far below their expected level for the last few years, remember a very dreary game at AP a few years back when my Bradford supporting mate insisted they were going straight up and we were going nowhere and it was difficult to disagree on that days showing. They have had an awful run since then and fairly recently dismissed Mark Hughes.

  • I'm underwhelmed... but happy for the Yorkshire crew

  • Well, as the saying goes: "Every journey of a thousand miles begins with a single jam butty."

Would have loved to get one of the lowest ranked clubs as always makes for an interesting match.

That said, away at a mid table League 2 side is far better than Portsmouth or Barnsley away.

  • Worst case is getting someone near the top of your own division away, but this probably isn't much off.

Presume no chance of watching it online either.

  • We have lost to underdogs in the FA Cup several times lately, but this will be the first chance for Blooms. I think we'll be playing a strong team and am quietly confident.

  • I believe you are confusing it with another big win there, 0-4 and Mcgleish scored all 4 from memory.

The game in the snow was a Claridge double, Stonebridge and Uhlenbeek
