It’s Saturday evening & despite the rain the pitch for tomorrow’s Bucks v Lincs game is in very good condition under the covers with a prompt start expected at 11am.
Bucks won the toss and put Lincs in, who are 43-2 off 10.3 overs.
After a rain interruption, lunch will be taken at 1:10, play to resume at 1:40. Play can continue until 7:30 today.
Lincs 92-5 off 34 overs, Cam Parsons with four wickets. Off shortly to see Dino Baptiste at the Fishery Wharf Cafe in Hemel, back at Chesham tomorrow.
At close, Bucks are 139-2 from 35 overs, Woodland 50 n.o., Kervezee 60 n.o.
Earlier Lincs were bowled out for148 from 52.1 overs, Parsons 4-25 from 16 overs. Ed Bragg took two wickets, this after he dislocated his finger fielding the ball from his bowling. That was in his first over and his bowling hand. He went off and got his finger popped in at a medical centre, came back on after lunch and took those wickets. Remarkable.
Play starts at 10:30 tomorrow.

Staffs managed to squeeze a late win today against Norfolk, in spite of no play on day one. They are now eight points behind Bucks, who may need to win at Suffolk in their last match on 21-23 August, to become champions.
