I agree with this. Stick to the payment schedule as agreed and use the extra cash to strengthen our squad which will in turn will improve our crowds and therefore improve our finances.
We should of course give him some reassurances, something along the lines of "don't worry about the money". I believe the 10 year anniversary of that very reassuring moment passed a little less than a fortnight ago.
I'm sure that we have legally binding agreements on paying SH back (which I seem to recall is on O% interest and he didn't want all of the money owed back) so all this talk about not paying him back is total (foot)balls. The only way we wouldn't pay up is if we went into administration and we don't want that - do we? I say pay him back asap and move on with the club getting out of this bloody league.
