@floyd Think you might be thinking of Scott Marshall. Never actually heard of this guy before.
Matts known him since 1997 when Matt joined the youth set up at Ipswich. Matt is one school year above Scott.
Scott also played in the same Kings Lynn team as Matt’s brother Danny.
I expect we will see some ex Ipswich players signed up over the course of the summer.
If we do, I hope it works out a bit better for us than it has for Colchester.
