Good as it was to have Mrs W setting about my bonce with electric shears while I was working from home (and not expecting a tip)...I prefer to have someone who's done their badges doing it now I have to actually go out and see people.
Do we know if there’s likely to be anything else from Hummel other that replica shirts?
I notice all the old O’Neills tops and hoodies have not been moved to the ‘vintage’ section of the shop website and are still being knocked out at full price.
Twitter has answered my question. Next product is a hoody priced at £68 and seemingly modelled by a strange old cartoon bloke (well, that’s what I saw when I first looked).
What was the point in pre-ordering a shirt. It still hasn't arrived and yet now they will have them for sale in the club shop today (although in limited numbers).
I'm not sure if I should be disappointed with Hummel or the club for this but either way it's a really poor show.
I'm going to miss the games on 9th &16th September, so my first opportunity to wear the shirt will be 30th September. Not great for a 1 year cycle, so I won't be repeating the process next year.
I have printed out a copy of my pre-order, and will take it to the club shop today, insisting that they give me a shirt from their stock to fulfil the order, and a refund of the £4.50 shipping charge.
If you see a massive stocky oaf being escorted off the premises, that'll be me.
Is that a new development of having kits available today? Thought it was just the goalie shirt there was any prospect of?
The comms I read was that new shirts will be delivered "over the weekend" but that they'll only be fulfilling pre orders first . This will happen midweek.
Actual new kits available to buy will be "later in the month".

I was about to say that she could just do that with a lawnmower but then that just seemed harsh.......
On the lawnmower 🤣
Fortunately, I was wearing an extra tight-fitting corset when I read that comment, otherwise i might have split my sides laughing. 🤣
I think many were reduced to that during lockdown. Fortunately my daughter is a hairdresser, otherwise 🤕
I went full on hermit, long hair, beard the lot !
only enough, my good lady started ding mine during covid and she does a fine job even though I say it myself.

A guy pushing 40 at my work had some shapes shaved into his hair.
The abuse...the abuse and laughter he received was almost not right!
At least he could grow that out and its forgotten. Some appalling tattoo at the behest of a date he saw once was more worrying.
Any word on the shirts being dispatched yet? I'm hanging fire until they're actually available.

Ah nice
My pal misread it saying they had the kits actually available to buy.
A shame they don't.
Wonder if they might have them available for Sutton? Bet they don't!

£68! Are they made of unicorn hair?
@AlanCecil did you ever have a chance to find out from the club if these kits are 100% categorically confirmed as 1 year jobs?
Luckily, none of us are cynical enough to wonder if they're purposely delaying new kit until we clear the old gub out.
Question will be asked at Trust meeting this coming Thursday.

I’d be disappointed with my self for having been suckered by some marketing hype.😉

Just tell them you'll sue them for 10k. That went well the last time.
Good luck with that
The club are flogging this Hummel fleece with the club badge on for £84. Scandalous. https://www.hummel.co.uk/hmlnorth-full-zip-fleece-jacket-black/206693-1006.html
It's clearly part of the much fabled Couhig "exit strategy"
Identify fans who can afford this, or the 70 quid hoodie, then approach them to sell the club to them
Lol
50 quid for baby kits seems expensive. I don't have a baby, but I'm led to believe they... grow?
‘Just’ £50
