If I’ve sifted through everything correctly (and not missed an update), the situation is like a triangular Mexican stand-off. Swansea want Low, but we won’t sell him until we bag Lloyd Jones. Nathan Jones is playing hardball with us as he rates his namesake, and so we are playing hardball with Swansea. Swansea remain keen on Low, so the whole thing is deadlocked. All positions seem perfectly reasonable…
I may have posted this before. Up close to the new ownership group in the Main Stand ‘business lounge’ a mate leaned over to me and whispered “cuckoos in the nest” - without wishing to appear melodramatic, it was a chilling observation.
Me and my mate are probably deluded but we still think of it as our club imbued with values we hold dear. And those owners be it: loan shark / shouty ice cream / gobby attorney / data geeks as mere custodians. I know naive old fools that we are. But unlike previous small time owners this time it really does feel that our traditional values are being eased out of our metaphorical nest.
Not a rumour but I’m not sure where else to post this. I’ve mentioned a couple of times on here how I’d love to see Gideon Kodua signed on a permanent basis. Graham Potter’s arrival at the London Stadium has probably knocked that possibility on the head.

Agree with you. We don't know how long his deal is but we know it has to at least be until summer 2025.
It could be longer we don't know.
Hopefully we stay as we are until the summer.
Although I'm not sure how a fee would then be worked out for Low being under 24 and out of contract.
Could we use the bids they've lodged now as some sort of evidence if any club tries to lowball us?
Lowball - I see what you did there
I’m not sure I follow the metaphor. The cuckoos have bought the nest from the previous owner haven’t they?
Perhaps Jack Nicholson was in the Business Lounge?
The stadium is so run down that birds have started living in the stands.

If we went up I think West Ham would leave him here for another year to develop further.
I very much like that thought.
Let’s hope he now gets a few starts.
Joe Low wants to leave according to this, and there are plenty of clubs interested

The incoming transfer had gone quite
Quite what @yorkyblue ?
Spelling error
According to those sources already quoted, looks like the new signing is flying in to AP for his medical.
I suspect there’s some to’ing and fro’ing internally with the Low conundrum and what that means for a follow up bid for Jones.
According to O’rourke we have had two bids for Jellis turned down by Walsall

A shame - I hear he especially wanted to join us given we are in the midst of a wobble.
I understand he's a player not to trifle with.
