  • it's always easy to go with the guy who set up the goal, but that was probably the most exciting thing in the entire match. Gape perhaps a close second for tireless break-up play.

  • If not Gape today, then probably he'll never win it!

  • Gape was immense today. Not the sparkle of Mehmeti’s assist but 90 plus minutes of hassle, tackle and mess clearing.

  • I’d single out Gape & Mawson, with the latter pretty much a one man defence at times.

Mehmeti continues to be the class act on the pitch and his setup for the goal was so far ahead of anything else we did today,

  • I had go for Anis, but Gape and Mawson made me pause for a moment

  • Nobody painted themselves in glory this week but Gape sneaked it over Mehmeti & Vokes for me

  • Went for Vokes. Thought he looked his normal quality self today. But Gape was excellent as well.

  • Gape was terrific. Mawson & Taf were solid, Max fine in goal. Vokes showed glimpses, but was generally well marshalled. Thought the rest of the team were below par.

  • Along with Gape and Mehemti, Vokes scoring was one of the few highlights of today.

  • Gape for me. Really turned the screw since returning from injury.

  • Gape has had his issues with injuries lately, but what a ride he has had with us.

17/18: Scores the winner to take us up at Chesterfield.

18/19: Helps keep us up with the Curtis partnership beginning in earnest.

19/20: Vital contributor to promotion and on the pitch at Wembley.

20/21: Plays in the Champo, though curtailed by injury.

21/22: On the pitch at Wembley again, though not so happily.

22/23: Lobs the Barnsley keeper from 45 odd yards (though somehow fails to win Goal of the Month).
