One of my all time favourites, 253+22 apps, 98 goals from 78-85. Very quick, laid on a lot of goals for Terry Glynn. Distinctive look of long hair, baggy shirt and sleeves too long.
1, He played for two clubs that went onto win the Isthmian lge title, within 3 years. The person who identifies this chap would have struck gold, as I ibelieve its the most difficult one.
2, This cracking player was a youth pro before signing for Wycombe. He played in the English schools final.
6, This chap made his Isthmian lge debut for his former club against Wycombe. He returned to the same club after leaving Loakes Park.
Comments

Not Steve Long or Anton.
Steve Long could be a stroppy so and so, when things were not going well.

The answers coming up at 7pm.
The ones unidentified were as follows.
1, Steve Norman, not the Spandau Ballet musician but the ex Wycombe,Slough,Wokingham full back.
2, Jimmy Jacobs, diminutive midfielder from the 80's
6, Gary Hand, highly rated left back who only stayed for the 74/75 season.
Was Steve Norman related to Sean Norman? (one of my very first favourite players)
I would never have guessed those three, they all look so different. Good quiz Mr Harps.
Not related.
I find Chas’s quizzes excellent fun. I am waiting to make the next step, and getting a question right one day...
Steve Long was a really good Isthmian level player, had nice left foot. If I remember, formed a good partnership with Terry Scott.
