Fantastic news! Shows massive appreciation to the club that he's done it before the final as I'm sure a Championship side would've picked him up over the summer if he became a free agent.
Knowing we'll have a top quality striker next season regardless of Saturday's outcome takes a tiny amount of pressure off the final.
Brilliant news. Sam is obviously a happy chap at the moment which counts for a lot after his recent troubles prior to signing for us. Well done to all for making this happen!!
Excellent news...but not unexpected from the optimistic corner of the Gasroom. Twilight of your career, scoring goals in a team that plays to your strengths and at a club that loves you (if not your sometimes indifferent clapping for the fans ( ) and a short walk away from the bistros of Marlow? Great if we go up...or if we 'go again' next term.
Amazing news. Really showing our intent whatever division we are in. Now he is fully fit and used to how we play, he could score 20 or more goals in season.
This is great news in and of itself. But it's also great news in that it more or less confirms that the budget is there to have another real go at League One next season, if it should be the case that we don't win on Saturday.
I remember Stoke fans laughing at us for being excited about signing Vokes. We said we would get the most out of him. I guess someone proved to be correct!

Really impressed that he’s committed to next season before our promotion is confirmed. Well done to all involved!
Great news to start the week
Superb news.
While he's not here for buttons, it's certain he'd get more elsewhere.
He's scored 17 this season, which is his second highest in his career, and it's clear he's enjoying the area, and the revival post Stoke experience.
What a boost in this week of all weeks, guess his body language wasn’t too bad after all ?
Turned out to be another inspired signing from GA. Happy days he's staying for another year.
Idk, it didn't look like he was gripping the pen in a very committed fashion...
A major blow for the credibility of Gasroom body language experts.
Absolutely critical signing, whatever div we are in next year.
Excellent news, wonderful individual.
And so say all of us! Whoo hoo!! ??

Sorry I'm late guys, has anyone criticised the signing yet?
He's NBTWAG.

Great news. A real coup again

Fantastic news this !
Brilliant news. Hopefully he can cap it with a crucial goal on Saturday
According to some he can’t do it on a Tuesday night in Stoke

Let’s hope he scores at the Britannia next season.
