It’s because people stand along the railing instead. I think you used to be able to buy a standing place along the front. That stopped with the capacity reductions. Some people still choose to buy a seated ticket and then stand down there anyway.

Does sound quite appealing. The only home stand that really gets any sun as well. Maybe one for @Twizz?
I'd quite like us to have safe standing behind the goal really so that you could stand but also lean on something to make it a bit more comfortable.

The terrace capacity has been reduced twice I believe.
A lot of people in the PreSonus don't use their seats and stand down the front next to the barriers, might make it look less full?
