Gillingham (a) - Attendance Prediction - Five to Go - Match 42 - Sat 9th April 2022

I go:

4828 with 678 enjoying the fresh air from all directions, prepared from a blizzard but hoping to bask in the warm sunshine.

Glorious game for me last night closest , brought Wimbledon tickets this morning and now deciding whether or not to make the trip to Gillingham - @micra if you have a good long range forecast it might be helpful.

Happy predicting all.

  • @railwaysteve: a long range weather forecast is generally defined as a forecast for 17-30 days ahead. I wouldn’t trust the accuracy of anything that far ahead.
This Saturday in Gillingham seems likely to be a dry and bright day, relatively mild but with a moderate WNW breeze making it feel a little on the chilly side for older folk (apart from postmen/women).

I was near enough singing all the way home which has never been achieved before on my part - after the Eze game we walked back through the town.
@DevC - The time of 'Heaven in Devon' must have been exactly that for you.

    Glad you enjoyed it mate.

We have an amazing record at Plymouth - I believe 2004 since we lost a league game down here - so almost taking it for granted now! The 3-0 this season was indeed enjoyable although perhaps not quite the heights of the playoff away win or indeed the "Baz Richardson" game.

  • Sorry if it's in the wrong thread and a bit of a long shot, but looking for 2 tickets for tomorrow...would like me and my son to add to the other 600 or so...thanks

@mask59 - This thread can be a bit specialist and I can't believe all Gasroom dwellers read every post. I would suggest you start a dedicated thread, and good luck with finding someone who was intending to go but can't - it is always possible as the Time of the Coronavirus persists.
