Phil Brown 'unable to attend play-off final' !!!!!!!!
It's just been announced that Phil Brown will not be able to attend Southend United's play-off showdown against Wycombe Wanderers tomorrow.
Brown's absence is down to to Wembley Stadium's health and safety rules. Jamie Craig from the FA said "Due to Mr Brown's excessive use of sunbeds, we cannot guarantee the safety of supporters not wearing sunglasses."
