Aaron Paul is joined by Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth and Southend United manager Phil Brown.

The duo discuss their love for fashion, the 2015 League Two play-off final where they came head to head and how they’re both bouncing back from relegation last season.

Charlton Athletic’s director of football Steve Gallen joins the conversation to chat about the quirky personality of their owner Thomas Sandgaard, who played his electric guitar in front of fans on the pitch at The Valley, and the expectations for Nigel Adkins’ team this season.

And Harrogate Town’s manager Simon Weaver drops by to talk about their unbeaten start to the season, as they sit second in League Two after three wins and a draw.

  • Entertaining stuff...didn't learn much but it sounded like everyone was having a good time. Good to hear GA is going to Plough Lane to watch AFC against Oxford in the flesh.

  • Had to do a double take on the name for a second. Disappointed it's some bbc guy, rather than Breaking Bad's Jesse.

  • Thanks for the link. Interesting that GA name-checked Sam Lavelle. Think Charlton are going easy on themselves though saying that they ‘hope’ to ‘maybe’ challenge top 6 after the signings they’ve made. They should be aiming for no less than top 2

Agreed, I've often thought one team playing skins is preferable to an unnecessary change of colours, and could bring in a few more punters.
