I may be being dumb, but as far as I can tell the Exeter game is only available on iFollow as audio (for £2.50). Is there a reason why it can't be made available as a live video stream?
You'd think it'd be a bit more straightforward with the EFL running all three competitions but have to imagine that Prem clubs being involved in this one brings more £ and conditions from the TV broadcaster.

Broadcasting contracts are very complex...and tend to get tighter and tighter with restrictions every year.
I guess the Brentford League Cup game last year was on Sky.

Not sure there'd be any harm in streaming all-EFL ties - or even just all-League One and League Two ties.
