I'll set this up with just one game to predict to take us as far as the FA Cup game. There is also the possibility of a Covid pause in all football.

Still full of the joy of yesterday and to start it off I go Wycombe 2 Middlesborough 1 (Horgan, McCleary).

    I'm going to go for a cagey 1 -1. Warnock is no Neil Harris and I fear Thommo might not be so generously treated by the ref the next game somehow. As usual more than happy to be proved wrong and witness a goalfest! Uche and Bayo first championship goals for Wycombe anyone?

    This is the game I most wanted to see this season.

    46years ago, almost to the day, we played them in the FA Cup 3rd round as a non-league team when they were riding high in the 1st Division of the football league - now the Premier League.
    They were top when the draw was made, but had slipped to 3rd? by the day of the game. In comparison two of our players went to work their normal day jobs in the morning before playing the game.
    But for a few inches Alan Phillips' header would have secured the most memorable victory, so in honour of those players I predict ...

    I know he's not everyone's cup of tea, but I really like Warnock, doesnt take any shit, tells it how it is and can be amusing

    he's wrong about Notts Co, isn't he? He came to AP with Huddersfield (for that famous 2-1 Wanderers victory at least) but we didn't play County until later, I reckon, after he'd moved on and they were on the slide.
