I'm sure I've read that post a couple of times elsewhere now :)

Am sure you'll also have sent it to the club - so no doubt they can swiftly sort you out an isolated spot - and no worries for next game (pending not going into tier 3 Wednesday!!!)

I did send it to the club but not heard anything back yet.

  • The govt has just released new advice tonight - anyone who wants to form a Christmas bubble has to stop unnecessary social contact at least five days before you meet other households in your bubble.

So if you're planning on meeting up with a family member outside your household on the 23rd, you shouldn't be going to the Wycombe match on Saturday.

Unless, of course, you define going to see Wycombe as necessary. Which, given we're going to win on Saturday, many people might.

Obviously if Wycombe goes into Tier 3 it's a moot point anyway.

  • Thank you @aloysius, that underlines my post (3 back) yesterday and our caution prior to Christmas.

  • For those interested in the follow up to my last blog (above) I have just published the latest in my 'Heart Attack to 10K' series which reviews my attendance to the Coventry match and brings me up to my 4th anniversary ..... https://peterjemmett.blogspot.com/2021/01/part-4.html

  • For those who have been following my 'heart attack to 10K' (or maybe that should be half marathon) blog series, here is the latest edition - "Getting back in the groove" ..... https://peterjemmett.blogspot.com/2021/05/part-4.html

  • My latest ramblings (re-integrating back into society, returning to parkrun, attack the attack 7, AFib and more) read all this in the latest blog in the 'Heart Attack to 10K' series .... https://peterjemmett.blogspot.com/2021/08/heart-attack-to-10k-part-416.html
