Brum 1 wycombe 1
Reds 1 blues 1
Although I would not be surprised if one of those was a Chairboys win. Neither big team seems to.be playing with confidence at the moment whereas we seem quite keen to put it about.
10 points to @Manboobs if that actually happens in the Forest game - it is so unlikely - referees at this level absolutely don't make that sort of mistake.
Forest have a squad of about 30 players, including 15 signed in the close season. They have probably have the best squad in the championship this year. Hughton’s challenge is getting the right 11 on the pitch that can play together. Also Forest have recently played 4-5-1 with Grabban up top and Lolley and Ameobi wide left and right. Grabban is injured so Lyle Taylor is likely to start up front with Luke Freeman or Knocaert in behind in a 4-4-1-1. It’s an insanely good team that can’t seem to win...Grimmer and JJ will be under a lot of pressure and all season I have been worrying about the JJ versus Lolley battle that is coming.
When you say “an insanely good team” @ForeverBlue (adjectives I’ve not previously seen to describe a team) I infer that you mean that they are arguably the most talented group of players, individually, in the Championship but that no permutation of those players has yet equalled or exceeded the sum of their parts. In effect, the complete opposite of Wycombe (at least since we got the “friendlies” out of the way!).
I chickened out in my prediction by going for a draw (and it’s not exactly bad news that Grabban is injured but Lisle Taylor’s goal against us at the Valley two (three?) seasons ago is still clear in my memory.
@Forestblue I agree about the Forest team but like Arsenal of old, they seem to have a mistake in them and I think will not like it up them...unless they get four goals in front early doors we will be in with a chance of getting something.

Of course the Forest game would be a perfect platform for Curtis to get his first (only?) goal of the season. ?

Sorry Lyle - bloody predictive again. Quite handy to be able to blame that for my error!
