Cup Final: High Wycombe v Oxford Downs

If you fancy some live sport this Saturday (19th) High Wycombe CC host Oxford Downs CC in the knockout final of this year’s Home Counties Premier League.

Last weekend High Wycombe beat Chesham while Oxford Downs beat a very strong Wokingham side to reach the final, known as the John Goodman Cup.

The match is 40 overs per side & starts at 11.30am at High Wycombe’s London Road ground. Would be nice to see a few Wembley flags hanging from the fencing just to remind the visitors who is now in the Championship.

The weather is set fair so bring your iPad or iPhone to watch the game at Blackburn but you’ll also get a full day of top-level club cricket.
