Any ideas about second payment of the 3 month plan and how it works?

    Says this on the website: "We are pleased to offer a payment plan across three instalments – fans should follow the renewal steps below and select the option to purchase the first instalment. Arrangements to take future payments will be made directly by our ticket office." Seems a bit vague I grant you.

    Also still waiting for a second instalment to be taken after the first was paid on 23rd June. A bit odd.

    Process is in hand and those on the instalment plan will be contacted very soon. This is a manual and internal process right now.
