Anyone know of a fellow supporter, Richard Nisbit?
The stress of watching WWFC in the play off final appears to have had a detrimental effect on his health. Richard was taken to hospital during that match & as of five minutes ago, was still there. The signs are that he has had a form of stroke. Richard has been up and trying to walk today so there are some good signs. I was thinking of getting him the book written about the 19/20 season, can anyone tell me the name of the book & the author please. We have already sent him a card direct through moonpig with the front being of the players & management celebrating on the pitch at Wembley. The book I am sure will help relieve the boredom.

Dont think its out yet @EwanHoosaami but the club are putting out a celebratory book you can pre-order and get his name in (if you're one of the first 1000 ordered). £20 notes with postage. See club site for details.
I know Richard really well in fact we all sit together in the Woodlands. I had heard about his stroke but nothing since then. The book to which you refer - I have had a look as when I first heard about it I clicked on the link on Gasroom(?)which took me to Amazon. I have tried Amazon again but now can't seem to find it. Someone must know hope you get the info.

Nice one @EwanHoosaami
Sad news. Best wishes for a full recovery to him
I see that this is not Neil Harman's first book concerning someone from Wycombe.
He wrote 'Gambling for life's the book about the Downley raised punter Harry Findlay.
Not out until early August. Hopefully he'll be well on the road to recovery by then!
Always good to look at the ‘customers who bought this also bought...’ section on Amazon. I’d wager @micra has ordered one (biodegradable dog poop bags) but who claims responsibility for ‘Britain’s Hidden Railways’?
Half the Gasroom!
I’m responsible for the hair clippers on that list.
Hope Richard makes a full recovery.

Show off.
But yes I wish Richard well too (although I may not know him)
Hoping Richard makes a full recovery
@railwaysteve, I reckon.
Sadly, we no longer have a need for poo bags @bookertease. Lost the little fella last August. Can’t believe it’s nearly a year. We haven’t been having that much fun!
Sorry, this thread is about Richard Nisbit. If he is a regular in the Woodland Lounge, I may know him by sight. Hope he’s making a good recovery and will be well enough to return to Adams Park when they let us.
