Street names after Wycombe Legends
in Not Football
As is commonly known streets roads etc are often named after people who have had a local connection with a town normally public officials. Wouldn't it be great if any new development in the chair Metropolis could have addresses named after Chairboys greats over the years.? Eg Ainswoth Avenue , Akinfenwa Approach , Bloomfield Boulevard , Worley Way , Horseman Road , Ryan Crescent. I'm sure we can come up with ideas and maybe contact the council to consider this? Who merits their name on a street plate?

Yuk, Boulevard just gives me visions of big wide roads in LA.
Cornforth Crescent. He tried to get round the whole of the centre circle but ran out of puff.
There is already a Harris Road in Lane End I believe
If the team do manage to beat Oxford they will genuinely elevate themselves to all time club legend status, that's if some aren't there already.
I'm sure Mr Beeks could name a set of roads around a new development if he really wanted, I'm sure I've seen similar in other towns?Sunderland maybe?
Grimmer Road not going to do wonders for house prices
There already is a Wheeler Avenue in Tylers Green

Roberts Road off Hamilton Road continues to disappoint
Carlos Opes - definitely a lane you only go down once.
(Are Opes nationwide or just a Plymouth thing?)
