Thanks for posting that, @Lloyd2084. The Ipswich fans unfurling that banner was one of the most touching moments in a while, and I am glad he is so much happier in life now. Hopefully his example encourages others who are suffering.

It’s a shame we won’t see him on the pitch again, but life is short and fragile so it’s great to see him content in his own skin and at peace with himself.
Excellent article and a troubling stat within that 22% of players asked by the PFA have felt depressed or considered self-harm during the pandemic. My hat is off to Mr Kee for his courage to speak out and commitment to make the changes he needed to do.
