Yup, huge chunks of this story missing and writer clearly a fan.
The Wolves fan version might be a different flavour!
But it's nice to read his story (Wolves issues aside) from his angle. It's very easy to forget that he was good for us, and excellent for Cardiff and Birmingham (must have missed the England call ups!).
Especially as Adams, who you'd have thought would know a quality centre half when he saw one, tried to mess about with him at left back, suggesting even more bizarrely, that he was a centre forward!
I bet not many remember Johnson saying "I know I'll never play in the premier league..." in a BFP article!

Great read, didn't know a lot of that detail.
Though he said he's a man of his word yet quickly binned Swansea off for Cardiff?
And he can get from home (given as Birmingham) to Manchester in an hour? That's some tasty driving. Or he's moved!
Safely navigates around some of his other documented problems but some story. Always enjoyed watching him at Wycombe
