It's a bit worrying to hear of a 32 year old being in a lot of pain every day though.
Hopefully it's massively worth it manage that for a few years, without messing himself up for future years - in the much more important bigger picture.
You always hope there's a way round it, it wasn't that long we all had huge worries about Kashket's longevity, seemingly having a super tough condition to manage at 21! Over time there's been next to nothing extra said about that, so hopefully that's come on with various techniques.
