Get FFIT (again)
I know there’s one or two on here who have followed my advice and attended the FFIT course, I hope you got as much benefit out of it as I have.
The next course starts Jan 22nd and I believe there are still spaces available, don’t waste this chance to get rid of some of that Xmas excess, give it a go – you know it makes sense!
