Just went to buy a ticket for Mrs VW and the Sunderland match has vanished from the TicketCo site! There was reasonable availability when I looked this morning.

Someone who used to work closely with our set up, who left to join major ticketing companies, said her one change would be to only make tickets available online. Cut out the over the phone business.
It sounded madness at the time, but when you think of the benefits of not tying up man power, it's clever.
Unless you can't get online.
Or online goes wrong or whatever.
Phew! All sorted as now reappeared on the site and the £2 saving online allowed me to buy 2 tickets for the England v Iceland U20 game. Pity it's not v Russia! ?
