Where do they get the commentators from. On the extended highlights from the Mk game. The commentator got the players names wrong about ten times and even said the team in white that kicked the game off was Wycombe. Hilarious.

Even weirder, on the Fleetwood highlights you can hear the bloke sat next to him commentating on the Shrewsbury game. I'm starting to think they're actually farming the whole thing out to a call-centre type operation in Bangalore.
I hate commentating done after the fact. It is so fake!
It will be a production house with a line of shouty young men and women with an editor in separate booths yelling into.a mike pretending to be there.
Hope that hasn't spoilt the magic.
