I am sad that he has not retired, his glory days were when he had Paul Franklin or was it Steve Walford & John Robertson as his coaching team. I think Bad & mad Roy Keane & maybe Steve Guppy will be with him. I just don't want him to fail.

The Ireland job went a bit sour after early decent work, and Sunderland again was a mess (of a club if anything) after some early success, so would hate for him to leave on an underwhelming note.
