Now, may be a touch bias... but if you watch this little compilation of acts of Christmas kindness from the EFL -

At 1.33, you'll see Ainsworth and some players giving gifts to nurses, and it strikes me that 1) Gaz is possibly the only manager in the vid and 2) they're the most likeable bunch of players of the lot.
